Google Meet on HP Poly Studio X
All members of the HP Poly Studio X family, including the X72, are Android-based Google Meet room solutions. Each all-in-one video bar runs a Google Meet application natively in appliance mode, meaning that you only need the HP Poly Studio X72 and the HP Poly TC10 touch controller – and no additional hardware – to get your meeting rooms online with Google Meet.
Distraction-free meetings
Block out distracting background noises such as keyboards typing, doors closing or even the sound of a conversation outside the meeting room with Poly’s advanced noise cancellation technologies – NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence.
Give everyone in meetings a voice
With built-in microphones providing a pickup range of up to 7.6 metres (25 feet), all meeting attendees in your large meeting rooms can rest assured that they are being heard clearly, regardless of where they are seated in the room. Two-way stereo speakers and advanced bass ports provide immersive, room-filling sound that bring larger meeting spaces to life.
Capture every detail
Follow the natural flow of conversations with production-quality camera framing and tracking technology, Poly DirectorAI. This technology keeps the visual focus exactly where it should be throughout the entire conversation and makes communication feel real. Equipped with dual 4K 20MP cameras with up to 120° horizontal field of view, Studio X72 is ideal for large rooms and ensures that every detail is captured.
TC10 touch interface
The sleek 10" touchscreen display and easy-to-use interface make controlling your Google Meet calls effortless. Whether you need to initiate, join or schedule a meeting, it can be done in just a few taps.
With a single Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) cable, TC10 can be conveniently mounted inside the room as a tabletop controller or outside the room as a room booking panel*. Multicolour LED lights on TC10 can indicate room availability outside the room or mute status inside the room, depending on its usage.
*The TC10 as a room booking panel is not currently compatible with Google Meet or Google Calendar.
Simple setup
Studio X72’s all-in-one design allows for a simple setup process, making it easy to get any large meeting space up and running in minutes. It can be conveniently placed above or below a display or mounted to a wall. It also supports dual-displays with two built-in HDMI ports, giving you complete flexibility to achieve what works best in your space.
Expandable
Increase audio coverage in larger spaces with additional microphones. Poly Studio X72 supports adding up to four HP Poly Studio A2 table microphones. The microphones have a pickup range of up to 4.3 metres (14 feet) and can be easily daisychained together to expand their reach further.
